Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms, although a little small and dated, transformed into a pleasant surprise with the upgrade to a two-room suite. They were spacious, comfortable, and boasted really nice bathrooms with elegant glass washbasins. The floors and curtains were noticeably dirty, which was a downside, but overall, the rooms were outstanding considering the price.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of luxury and convenience. The modern, luxurious rooms impressed me, but some maintenance issues caused a bit of discomfort. The friendly service and excellent location near the subway and mall were definite highlights.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, with a fantastic integrated sound system, were a bit small but overall pleasant. The connecting room for two others was a bonus. The bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, particularly loved the glass washbasins. The service was friendly and attentive to my needs, making my stay enjoyable. The location was great for exploring Porto, though not right in the city center. The dining experience was a bit let down by limited hot options for breakfast. However, at the right price, it's a decent choice overall.
The hotel was comfortable and had the usual breakfast buffet on the ground floor. It was clean, quiet, with friendly staff, and not in the center of the city, which we liked. However, the room was pretty dark even with all lights on, had a cigarettes smell in a non-smoking room, and lacked consistent water provision after the first day.
The hotel rooms are standard AC hotel furnishing but the staff is very friendly. My room had a small issue with water leaking just inside the entrance, but it was clean and had 1 double bed available. The service was excellent, the location was perfect for access to the subway, near a mall and stadium, and the manager was friendly and very accommodating. The dining experience had more variety but was only available from 08:00 on Saturday with expensive prices and had to wait for hot food, offering only scrambled eggs and bacon. The location is not far from the city center and close to the metro, right next to AC Porto soccer stadium with a museum for soccer fans, making it a decent choice for the right price.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, but it was pretty dark even with all the lights on, and there was a lingering cigarette smell in a non-smoking room. Initially, I only received one small bottle of water on the first day, which was disappointing. However, the room had a good chair for seating, so I didn't have to lounge on the bed all the time. The breakfast buffet was standard and comfortable, making it a great deal for the price paid.
